Mr. Kelley is in his 10th year teaching, and second year at Cedar Creek Middle School as Director of Bands. His responsibilities include directing the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade concert bands. He has previously taught in Missouri and Kansas, and is currently a candidate for National Board of Teaching Standards Certification.

Ms. Meadows grew up on a small farm in Coats, North Carolina. When in high school, she took many Agriculture courses and became very involved in her FFA chapter. She graduated from the University of Mount Olive with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Education in 2017.

When not in the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and watching college sports. She is excited to be teaching at Cedar Creek Middle School!

Hailing from the charming coastal town of Salter Path, NC, Mr. Ted Willis is a true North Carolinian. In 2003, Mr. Willis graduated Summa Cum Laude from East Carolina University's esteemed music department. He stood out as the "Most Outstanding Senior in Music Education" and was honored with membership into the prestigious Pi Kappa Lambda Music Honors Society. His dedication also led him to become a distinguished brother of Phi Mu Alpha, a renowned professional men's music fraternity.

Beyond his academic journey, Mr. Willis is a seasoned educator. His teaching experience spans middle and high school choirs, theatre, and AP Music Theory. Notably, he has served as a member-at-large on the North Carolina Middle School Chorus Executive Board and held the esteemed position of district president within the North Carolina Music Educators' Association.

Mr. Willis proudly achieved his National Board Certification in 2008 and holds certification for teaching middle school math. His expertise extends to directing and music-directing numerous middle school and high school productions.

Outside of the classroom, Mr. Willis is a versatile individual. He actively engages in local community theatre and opera as a performer, showcasing his artistic flair. An avid board and card gamer, he's known for his strategic prowess. With a penchant for the paranormal, he delves into research in this intriguing realm. Culinary skills come naturally to him, as he enjoys cooking and baking. In his cherished moments of leisure, he savors quality time with his husband and their beloved rescue pup, Stereo.
