Mr. Keith Almeida started at Cedar Creek Middle School in 2022 as an 8th Grade Math Teacher and an 8th Grade Social Studies Teacher. Prior to that, Mr. Almeida, worked in Wake County Public Schools as a substitute and spent two years teaching English as a Second Language via online.
Mr. Almeida graduated Summa Cum Laude from North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from North Carolina State University with a Master of Arts in Teaching. He also holds a certification in Teaching English as a Second Language from International Open Academy. Mr. Almeida has content area concentrations and expertise in Mathematics, and Social Studies at both the Middle Grade and Secondary levels.
He brings a plethora of real world experience to teaching having worked as a manager, a coach, and a leader in business for more than 20 years. He looks to incorporate as many perspectives as possible in his math curriculum. Math is everywhere!
Mr. Almeida is passionate about family, healthy living, running, gardening, community development, and the arts and sciences of living, encouraging, and supporting a healthy, sustainable, and prosperous life. He is a husband to the amazing Monique, and a father to the extraordinary Jalen.

Mrs. Moseley is a veteran educator with 10+ years in the classroom. She is originally from Kinston, NC and a proud graduate of NC State and UNC. Outside of spending time with her family, she enjoys reading, watching reality TV and cooking new recipes.

Mrs. V. has been teaching social studies in Franklin County for the last three years. This is her first year at CCMS. She has worked with students and families for the past 21 years in school settings and as a case worker. She has a BA in history and an AA in early childhood education. She loves history and looks forward to learning with the seventh grade this year.

She is a native of Ohio and has lived in North Carolina for almost four years. She moved here with her husband, son, and mother. Her son is currently a junior at FHS. They have two dogs and a tortoise. She loves to be outside especially camping and hiking. She also loves to read and is always open to suggestions for good books.
