Strategic Plan 2020-2025

This guiding document, Blueprint 2025, is provided as a high-level overview of the district’s plan. In addition, we have provided a breakdown of strategies by goal.

Due to the significant and ongoing impact of COVID-19, designation of benchmarked measurable outcomes for each year is difficult to establish at this time. The district will use the 2021 spring assessment results as a baseline for yearly targets based upon each goal.

School Parent Compact
Together we will develop an agreement that parents, students and teachers will develop to explain how all stakeholders can work together to ensure all students reach grade-level standards.

Parent and Family Engagement School Goals

Cedar Creek Middle School will take the following measures to promote and support parents as an important foundation of the school in order to strengthen the school and reach our school goals:

"CCMS is FOCUSED on creating an environment where ALL students can learn and increase their academic achievement!"

  • CCMS will continue to support all parents efforts through a parent group.

  • The CCMS administration will communicate weekly through our final site system which includes email and the message posted on our website.  The content of the message is to serve as updates and reminders to the school community for upcoming events.

  • Teachers will update PowerSchools weekly.

  • The CCMS website and Facebook page (PTSO) will be kept up to date with current information and events.

  • Please join the PTSO Facebook Group

  • The CCMS Main office will offer parent support through excellent customer service, technology support, and information support.

Cedar Creek Middle believes that parental involvement means the participation for parents in regular two-way and meaningful communication about student academic learning and other school activities.

This ensures that parents are full partners in their child’s academic development and are included, as appropriate, in decision-making and on advisory committees to assist in the education of their child.

How to Volunteer?

The district Volunteer Portal has been updated FALL 2023.  Please check to make sure yours is still up do date and if not please reapply.  Be sure to include all FCS that you could potentially volunteer at.
